FAQ
1. Q: How long will shipping take?
- Orders Usually Arrive in 7-10 Days. Carriers may make this a little sooner or a little later.
- We provide tracking and assistance to all our customers.
- Chess Bums is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.
- CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- To make sure the garment and the print don’t get damaged, we suggest following these care instructions: - Wash in cold 30°C/86°F water
- Avoid using bleach and very strong detergents
- Don’t use laundry softeners/conditioners
- Hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest setting
- Never iron on the print. Iron with a low temperature inside-out
2. Q: Do you accept exchanges/ returns? A: No. Unless:
We will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition
- The item arrived in poor quality
* Returned products will be shipped at the customer's expense unless they arrive damaged or with incorrect print, color, or size.
- Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept any returns on undergarments, baby wear, or Swimwear.
2.a Cancellations
A: Orders may be canceled if not entered in the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed to Order.
Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Chess Bums.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us using the contact form within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. Thanks for your support. You'll probably never have to contact us about this stuff.
